The Royal Norfolk Show
The Royal Norfolk Show took place on the 28th and 29th June 2017, this year rain on Wednesday, very cool and cloudy on Thursday. Setting up our stand took place from Saturday onwards and the weather was good until Tuesday when the rain set in, the team however donned wet weather gear and continued to make a good display of exhibits.
We were once again next to Graham and his working area which is always a good complement when we both come together. We hope that members of the public feel the same.
Leading to our entrances stood a steam roller made by Aveling and Porter and living van also a Burrell traction engine, once in the stand a varied display of tractors met your eye along with stationary engines working in the ring area, displays of horticultural, working models, and military accessories including chocolate bars and food rations to tie in with the farm and food theme. It is always nice to have some exhibits which haven't been with us before.
Thanks to Michael who loved Robert's model T truck so much that he allowed us to take his photo sitting in it, a joy to see some one so happy.
