Marsham Summer Show
The Marsham Summer Show took place at Orchard Cottage, the event is open to everyone not just Club members. A large number of exhibits were present, the standard and display of them excellent, our thanks goes to everyone who worked so hard to give such a lovely show, feedback suggests everybody seemed to have a good time.
The tractor line up celebrated 100 years of Ford, most models seemed to have been represented, examples of very early models right through to the very modern. Stationary engine exhibits were also more in numbers displaying many different types and working much different machinery and accessories, the potato grader, roller mill, and laundry system to name but a few. Other displays included motorcycles, speedway bikes, classic cars, awning displays, model engines, tractor pulling, mini tractor pulling and much more.
This year Marsham Church put on a dog show, it proved to be much fun and we hope that it raised a few pounds towards the major project which is now being undertaken, it was nice to see some of the greyhounds from Yarmouth Greyhound Rescue taking part.
Finally the presentation of The Stuart Taylor Trophy was presented for the first time to David Frost for his Fordson Super Major. Take a look in the gallery to see some of the exhibits
